Built-up Letters

Often referred to as channel letters or 3D letters, Built-ups are created using a variety of fabrication techniques including flat faced, rim and return, bevelled and rimless.

Illumex’s built-up letters come in a multitude of metal finishes such as stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass or even rusted for an industrial look. As with all our signs we can powder coat to your specified RAL reference to ensure the sign ties in perfectly with it’s brand colours or surrounding features.

Also utilising the full coloured Perspex acrylic range, from frost naturals through to vibrant fluorescents there are endless options that result in a truly unique sign every time. Complete with a 10 year guarantee against discolouration and weathering on all outdoor rated finishes.

Often used for shop signs, display signs, way finding signs and directional signs.

Of course all of these options don’t always go hand in hand, due to material or fabrication limitations, so we’ll always advise whether an adjustment to your idea or an alternative solution may be required.
